Feb. 24, 2010 – PRLog — Las Vegas, NV — What other than a great love song can elicit tears of joy for someone you’re going to spend the rest of your life with?  Anwar Robinson delivers a strong, powerful romantic ballad, expressing the brilliance and tenderness of a Cyrano de Bergerac sonnet.  Robinson reaches into your heart and frees your emotions with his new release, “Exceptional.”

It’s hard to imagine that a modest 99¢ investment can frame mood, promise and commitment in less than five minutes – but “Exceptional” delivers just that.
“Exceptional” breathes life back into chart worthy love songs reminiscent of Whitney Houston’s, “I Will Always Love You” and Nat King Cole’s, “Unforgettable.”   With the release of “Exceptional,” the combination of voice, arrangement and production seals Robinson’s place in an exclusive club of crooners like, Josh Groban, Michael Bublé, Teddy Pendergrass, Luther Vandross, Harry Connick, Jr. and Frank Sinatra.  Tyrone Corbett, co-principal at Bo-Ty Productions (http://www.Bo-Ty.com) and writer of “Exceptional” said, “Lyrically speaking, when I wrote ‘Exceptional,’ I was trying to express the finality of finding true love.  I knew the balance of voice and instrument had to sit just right.  Anwar’s passionate rendition was the final ingredient needed to give this song an ageless quality.”  Co-principal, Robert Donzella, added his thoughts about “Exceptional” stating, “I wanted to capture all the feelings of that frozen-in-time moment, gazing at your true love walking down the aisle, with this arrangement.  The use of orchestral sounds engulfed with strings cements that magical moment in a couple’s life.”

Robinson, a Newark, New Jersey native began his formal voice training at Newark Boys’ Choir School.  In later years, Anwar continued his musical education at Ryder University’s Westminister Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey.  His tenacity and musical gifts landed him a spot on Season 4 of American Idol, where he finished as a finalist and toured with Carrie Underwood and the other top ten contestants.  Idol judges, dubbed his rendition of “What a Wonderful World” as one of the top performances of the season.

Bo-Ty Productions cranks out extraordinary music from their West Orange, New Jersey studio, bringing ‘Hollywood’ and hope to area recording artists.  Legendary songwriter, Carol Bayer Sager said, “Tyrone and Bob are fantastic songwriter/producers whose work shows massive talent.”  The release of “Exceptional,” followed closely behind “Night’s Hot,” makes Bo-Ty Productions and Anwar Robinson a formidable musical team.
