2019 For Immediate Release: Tyrone Corbett provides background vocals on Will Downing’s gospel record, “The Promise”.

Working with Will is always an honor and a pleasure. I really enjoyed hearing Will sing his praises for God. When he asked me to add vocals, my comment was “Dude, I’m trying to keep up” and his response was “Come on man, you sound great. Our voices really blend well together”. A kind remark indeed as Will is so smooth with his vox, he is not the easiest to keep up with, though I’ve had some practice over the years. To date, I’ve written, provided background vocals and engineered on about 8 Will Downing records. It was extra special for me this time around having the additional pleasure of providing background vocals for he and the legendary, Regina Belle also on their duet, “Changed”.
